MH - TAHST 5: Sa Pa - Lao Chai - Ta Van - Ban Ho - Thanh Phu - Topas Ecolodge - Sa Pa

(5 days 4 nights)

Day 1 (LD): Trek 12 kms through Y Linh Ho,Lao Chai,Ta Van villages. Where you will enjoy the most beautiful valley om Muong Hoa, experiencing 2 tribes of Black H’mong and Zay minorities. Overnight in the Zay family of Ta Van village.

Day 2 (BLD): From Ta Van we trek along the paddy field, passing the hill to the Red Dao tribe in Giang Ta Chai village. Have lunch under the waterfall, and then trek to Ban Ho village. Spend the second night in the stilt house of Tay people.

Day 3 (BLD): From Ban Ho trekking up to Nam Toong village. Passing the waterfall in Nam Keng you will arrive My Son village home of Xa Pho minority people. Continue trek to Thanh Phu of Tay village. Overnight in the stilt house of the Tay people.

Day 4 (BLD): From Thanh Phu do the trek up to Thanh Kim village where you wil enjoy panorama of Muong Bo valley. Overnight in Topas Ecoldge.

Day 5 (BL): After a lovely night in Topas Ecolodge you will trek to Su Pan. Where you will take the car back to Sa Pa.

Day 1 (L,D):Trek from Sa Pa to Sin Chai for overlooking the roof of Indochina at 3143 M above the sea level. Continue trek to Cat Cat village to visit Black H'mong minority people.Relaxing beside the waterfall .You will have lunch near by stream in Y Linh Ho village. After lunch trek to Lao Chai where excellent panoramas of the larger valley, paddy terraced fields and the H’mong village . You will stay overnight in local houses.
Day 2 (B,L,D): Next morning after having breakfast, the trek continues towards the Red Dao village in Giang Ta Chai. On the way you will trek up and downhill then through bamboo forest. The village of Giang Ta Chai is the next stop, which we will reach by following a path over a bridge. Lunch will be provided near a waterfall. In the afternoon you will walk around village and stay overnight in Dzay family.
Day 3 (B,L): Next morning after having breakfast, trek up to Hau Thao village. From here you can see the most beautiful valley in the north of Vietnam. You will take a rest and have lunch at nice spot. Continue trek to Rose valley where you will reach the main road to take the car back to Sa Pa.

MH - TAHST 2: Sa Pa - Lao Chai - Ta Van home stay - Giang Ta Chai – Ban Ho
(3 days and 2 nights)
Day 1 (L,D): A short walk of 6 km from Sapa to the Black H’mong village of Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai where excellent panoramas of the larger valley, paddy terraced fields and the H’mong village are offered. We take a small local path leading into the bottom of the valley, where some stalls are available that serve tea and fruits; a perfect spot to take a rest and have lunch. After lunch you will visit the Zay people of Ta Van, which lies in the middle of the Muong Hoa valley. There you will stay overnight in local houses.
Day 2 (B,L,D): Next morning after having breakfast, the trek continues towards the Red Dao village in Giang Ta Chai. On the way you will trek up and downhill then through bamboo forest. The village of Giang Ta Chai is the next stop, which we will reach by following a path over a bridge. Lunch will be provided near a waterfall, just before arrival at the village. Eventually, the trek returns to the hill of Hau Thao village. then continue trekking to Ban Ho village. There live the Tay tribe with their special wooden houses on stills, which are sure to amaze you. Overnight in Ban Ho village.

Day 3 (B,L): Have breakfast with Tay minority. Walk around Ban Ho village and walk to Lave waterfall for relax, then trek up to the road to take the car back to Sapa.
